Episode One-hundred-thirty-seven: Obvious

“We could have been smoking all day and eating, and we didn’t?!” Sarah exclaimed when we came back in. Jasper chuckled and passed the joint to her. She eagerly seized it and took a long drag. “Mm…”

“We try to be professional,” Edward commented. “No smoking while working. Only drinking for video purposes.”

“This probably won’t be seen,” I told her my opinion, going to set up the makeup on the desk. She had already gotten started, but there were a lot of products. “This is just for their entertainment.”

She instantly pouted. “I wanna see it, at least.”

“Don’t worry,” he chuckled. “I’ll make sure we get a copy to you.” He took it from her and drew in a hit. “Mm, that is nice, though. It’s been a long day. I’m going to rest well tonight. Mmm… I can already feel it,” he said when he blew it out.

I sat down in a chair behind the desk once the products were lined up neatly. “That’s because you’re pretty tipsy, honey. You’ll sleep like a baby.”

He stretched out on the couch with the joint. I loved watching him smoke, the way he lounged back comfortably. Jasper moved behind the camera. “Yeah,” he agreed with a smirk. “This is fun, though! It’s terrible that my fans like our drunk videos so much. They shouldn’t indulge my vices, but they think it’s funny.”

“We might need to do a little detoxing soon,” I mused. “Just so we don’t all get sick. Especially you. Our poor livers.”

Edward waved me off. “I’m fine.”

“Mmhmm,” I mumbled, shaking my head. “Are you ready?” I questioned Sarah.

“Yup! I’ll do the intro!” She plopped down in front of me.

“So, do you wanna work for me?” Our boyfriend teased with a chuckle. She eagerly nodded. “Alright, let me know whenever you’re free, and we’ll come up with some stuff to do. Maybe we can figure out some ideas that don’t involve only food and liquor.”

She smiled at him. “I already know what I want to do. I wanna go do drag with you guys. Perhaps get some real queens to do our makeup,” she stated almost casually. He laughed in surprise. “What? No good?” She glanced at me. I liked the idea.

Jasper looked over at him, a smirk on his face. He sighed and took the joint back. “I already know you’ll make me do it, but your lanky ass better get into a dress and some heels, too.” Edward grinned impishly as he took it again. “Mm, and you better shave your fucking legs, too.”

“That’s what panty hose are for,” he countered like he knew what he was talking about. “But I will if you want. I don’t care.” Jasper rolled his eyes. “We should do this when I have a beard.” He blew a silly kiss at me. “Imagine how sexy you’d think I was then.”

“Take it from him and put it away so we can get started.” I pointed at the smoke. Chuckling, our blond boyfriend obliged, snatching it and putting it on the computer desk. “Thank you.”

“Alright,” Jasper chuckled. “Three, two, one…”

She was practically vibrating in her spot. “Hi! I’m Emma Sarah, and this is Bella. We’ve spent all day together filming fantastic videos, which included rating amazing alcoholic drinks. We’ve decided not to waste this buzz. I’m going to attempt to do her makeup! While tipsy!”

“Please spread these out, so we don’t seem like alcoholics,” I blurted out as the thought popped up in my mind. Edward pushed his lips together to keep from laughing, bowing his head. “And don’t leave that in the video. I’m sorry. Keep going.”

“Don’t worry, dove.”

Nodding, I abruptly felt exhausted from waking up at four in the morning and running around all day. Closing my eyes, I let her get to work on me. She was good at makeup, unsurprisingly. She had been doing it for work since she was a child. Standing over me, she moved very quickly. The brush was lovely against my skin.

She pushed my chin down with her thumb to part my lips for the lipstick. Carefully, she smoothed the wand over the bottom one. It was rich and creamy, spreading over them in a thick layer. I heard Edward’s intake of breath from across the room. My eyes opened to peek at him. Our boyfriend glanced at him with a smirk on his lips.

“Maybe I should have Tony do your makeup for my video,” Jasper taunted, but I knew who it was really for. “I bet that would get plenty of views. That may be a better punishment. You’ll look like an angel dancing. But if we have him do your face, it’ll look like a toddler with finger paints attacked you.”

“Hey!”

“It has to be sober because I will not be poked in the eye,” I retorted. “I’m sure it wouldn’t be too bad.”

Snorting, Sarah paused with a tiny brush in her hand. She was going to fill my lips in with another color on top of the first. “You are so relaxed about everything.”

It was almost hard not to laugh in her face. “Ha! Okay. No. I’m not. I just pretend to be. Honestly, I was an enormous ball of anxiety before you got here.”

“Why?” She pouted.

“Because I wanted it to be perfect for you.”

She hugged me tightly before pulling back to look at me. “Aw! Well, it was. I would have never known you were nervous at all. You’re an excellent actress. But I hope you won’t feel like that if we film again.”

I smiled at her sweetness. “I probably won’t. I just wanted today to go well. It was new for everybody.”

Embracing me, she put her hands on my shoulders. “You did great. Everyone did. Everything was delicious, too.” She pulled back and picked up the mirror. “Okay, all done.”

The wings she had given me were big enough to fly away from all my worries. Everything about the look she did was fierce. She even did my eyeshadow in different colors to contrast with my eyes. “I love it! What do you think?” I asked Edward. My lips were especially bold with two-toned red. I blew him a drawn-out kiss and a wink with my big fake eyelashes like he had done right before we started.

Instead of finding it silly, he found it sexy. He took a sip of his beer, attempting to hide his arousal. “I’d love to give you a big kiss and mess it all up.”

“You and your fetishes.” He wiggled his eyebrows at my teasing, making me giggle. “You can keep that in the video. Your fans should know what kind of perv you are. Tarnish that good boy image a little.”

“There is nothing wrong with it,” he hastily defended himself after he finished his drink. It was from one of the six-packs we tried. “Lots of men like it.”

“Oh, so was this hot for you?” She teased. “No wonder you got all excited about it!” She pretended to be scandalized.

“Not going to lie. Yup, loved every minute. Ten out of ten. Would watch again,” he said in a dry voice, making Jasper finally laugh. They looked at each other, scrunching up their faces in a funny expression. “You liked it too! Don’t give me that! You know you’re into it.”

“Because they’re hilarious together, yeah. I don’t care about the makeup. I’m not a pervert like you.” He lifted his chin high.

“Oh, what fucking lies,” he muttered under his breath. “You’re a much bigger one than me, and we both know it. And if I remember correctly, your ex was all into this cosmetic shit too.” He paused before the words could just burst out. “God, I’m dying to know what her given name was and what she looked like before… You know. I’ve been thinking about it since yesterday.” He took a swig of a new beer. “I thought she was so hot, and I wonder if I would have found her attractive as a man. Because I can sort of see it, but I’m sure I’m wrong.”

“Kermit,” he answered, then shrugged. “She hated it. It was a family name. She had been living as a female since she was ten, so the only pictures I ever saw of her as male were very young. Her mother said she knew almost as soon as she could talk. She was very supportive. It was nice. Katy still collected Muppets stuff, though.” Jasper chuckled warmly at the memory. “Her favorite was Animal. Anyway, can someone please do the outro? We’re rolling here.”

“Oh, shit. Sorry,” I laughed. “So, if you enjoyed this video, please do everything you have to do. It’s always changing. Thanks for watching! Bye!”

“Eddie, it’s your turn!” Sarah sang, skipping over to the joint. Lighting it, she took a hit. “I’m having so much fun. It’s like a sleepover with boys, but I get to go home to my own bed.”

“You shouldn’t drive, though. There is an amazing bed in the guest room,” I told her, coming over to take it from her. “You could actually sleepover, and I could make breakfast. We’re probably the same size. I could get you some fuzzy pajamas.”

“Yeah, but where would Jasper sleep?” She questioned.

I was just as dumb as the boys. Luckily, he was quick to answer. “Sweetheart, have you seen that couch? I’ve already napped on it three times in the past week. It’s better than my old bed. Unless you’re trying to get me to bunk down with the child?” He asked, looking at me pointedly. He made his eyes wide for a second.

“I’ve been drinking, and I have a joint in my hand. I’m sorry, I literally forgot,” I defended myself. I passed him the smoke, going to sit down on the couch. “I’m done now.” I could feel the flush spreading over my skin.

“We could snuggle, though,” she said to him playfully.

He chuckled. “My boyfriend might mind that.”

Edward shook his head at what was going on, plopping down heavily in the chair across from her. “I can’t believe I’m doing this again.”

“I can,” Jasper and I commented at the same time. “You like the attention, you whore,” he continued laughingly. “Who’s doing the intro this time?”

“Me!” She sang as she danced in her seat. Her booze had fully kicked in. Our boyfriend counted down as she beamed at the camera. “Hi! I’m Emma Sarah Jones, and I’m about to do Eddie Cullen’s makeup! Even though this bitch already has flawless skin.”

He laughed at the unexpectedness of her words. “Thank you. I use whatever Bella uses, and it is fucking delightful. Smells lovely.”

“If this becomes a video, I’ll write down what products we use because they’ll ask,” I remarked. He nodded, smiling at me. “You do have naturally very nice skin.”

Sarah quickly got to work, standing up as she covered his face with foundation and concealer. Even with it, you could see that his cheeks were flushed pink. He tried to keep his eyes closed or to the ceiling, but he was obviously uncomfortable. Edward kept shifting a little in his spot when she would stop for a moment.

“What’s the matter?” Sarah questioned him as she held his chin to add concealer.

“This is so different from getting my makeup done for a movie. Even with people around. Maybe because last time I did this in my office, it was Bella. Or the liquor. But I’m trying extra hard not to stare at your boobs, and it’s making me even more awkward because they’re right there. And they admittedly smell nice. I mean, your perfume,” he rambled. I could see his throat bob as he swallowed.

It was difficult not to giggle. “It’s okay, baby. You can look at them. You won’t get in trouble if they’re right in your face. It’s not like you’re purposefully ogling them.”

He snorted. “Ah, well, I’m glad my girlfriend said it was fine to look at your tits. That makes it better. As long as she doesn’t mind,” he declared sarcastically.

“And what about your boyfriend?” Sarah inquired in a light tone that went along with his jesting. She glanced at Jasper.

“Oh, I’m sure he doesn’t mind either. He probably enjoys watching-” Edward began before he knew what was out of his mouth. “Hmm…” She picked up the blush brush, swirling it in the pink powder. “So, when exactly did you figure it out? I realize I’m obvious.”

“When you admitted you were bi. You were looking at pictures of him like you were of her. So what’s up? You’re legit in love with Bella. And you like women, too.” She pointed at Jasper. “Are you all together? Trouple? Is that the word?”

“Trouple sounds like an illness,” our boyfriend complained. “Trio sounds better. It sounds musical, almost harmonious.”

“Yes! I was right!” She fist-pumped. “I thought maybe you were sliding behind Bella’s back with him until he came to the set, and I saw how well they got along. And then at the club, I realized you were watching her dance as much as you were watching him,” she said to Jasper. “It was pretty subtle. It was hard to tell because Bella is so affectionate with everyone. So is Eddie. Oh, and you both have matching his-and-hers Rolex watches, which is obviously a gift from him. You’ve been fiddling with them all day, so it was difficult not to notice them. I read the inscriptions on them when you took them off to wash dishes,” she whispered sneakily. “Sorry. I’m nosy. I won’t tell anyone.”

“No, I’m too conspicuous,” Edward repeated with a sigh. “I’m just too happy, and I couldn’t help it the other day. Was I bad today?”

“Not at all,” she promised. “It’s not too obvious.”

He looked over at Jasper and me, smiling slightly. “It seems like it to me. I feel like I’m bursting with it right now. They’re my heart and soul. Moon and stars. I love them both with all my being. I wish I didn’t have to hide it because I’m not ashamed, but I know there are more people involved than just the three of us. Tyler, Seth, Zafrina all make a living off of me. The press would hound my sisters for the story too.”

She nodded. “No, I get it. That’s so sweet, though.” She dragged the brush over his cheek. “Alright, tell me all the details. I want to know all about it.”

We hung out with Sarah until it was late. We ended up eating Chinese leftovers outside under the stars in the pleasant late April air. He was more than happy to tell her the entire story of all that had happened to us. From our meeting, his dreams about Jasper and his growing feelings for both of us as well as the confusion that went with it. I wish he would have told me about them, but I wasn’t sure how I could have helped him with them.

“The night we got together for the first time, it was literally all I could think about. I told myself it was the dreams and her reaction to him, but wrestling around with him has always turned me on. I realized we were too old to be doing that, but I loved it so much.” He chuckled to himself, shaking his head as he stared off into the city lights. “Bella told me a story the day before, about her husband and her best friend… and I realized it was a possibility. Just a bit of fun, you know? But when we kissed, I knew it wasn’t just anything. I’m incredibly lucky she is so understanding and open.”

“I don’t think you can be the kind of person who can have sex without some sort of connection,” I told him, my legs drawn up underneath me. I was sitting next to Jasper on the couch, his arm around my shoulders since we didn’t have to hide it in front of her anymore. He nodded in agreement. “You might just be a slut,” I teased him. Playfully, his head bobbed faster. I snorted. “If you are, so am I.”

“Neither one of you are. Stop it,” our boyfriend chided.

“We are, and you like it!” He squeezed me to his side. I laughed, pressing a kiss to his cheek. “You’re not, though. You’re just very open,” he said into my hair as he kissed my temple. “I was, but I was trying to fill a void that would never go away while I still pined for him.”

“I wish you would have told me.”

“Would it have made a difference?” Sarah asked him seriously. It was as if she could hear my thoughts. “It sounds like while you were around your mother, you’d have a hard time coming out of denial.”

He sighed. “True, but I would have… I don’t know... been better. I can’t imagine how much I hurt you when I kept raving about her for months.” He gazed at our boyfriend as he spoke the words apologetically. “It was the last thing I wanted to do.”

Pursing his lips, he looked down at his wine glass. “It did, but it doesn’t matter now. And I’m glad I helped her fall for you because I get to have two of the loveliest people care for me in a way that makes me forget there was even a hole in my soul in the first place. I felt more cherished that month apart than I did in any other relationship I’ve ever been in before.”

I rested my temple against his chest, his heart beating against my cheek. “Same.”

Episode One-hundred-thirty-six: Hammier

Although we snacked all day, we ate dinner together. We sat around the table for a couple of hours, laughing and talking. By the end, Lauren was sagging. She wanted to stay for as long as possible, but she was nodding off while sitting up. Edward helped them take their things to the car. He had become her favorite of the day because he was so good at spoiling her. His sisters taught him well. She held his arm as she waddled sleepily, her head on his shoulder while her husband carried her leftovers.

Sarah and Jasper were helping me clean up. He kept brushing behind me on purpose, touching my arms and back. But he pinched and flirted with her and Lauren, too. They both liked his attention because he was so gentle and harmless. It felt like he was giving you all of his personal focus for that second because to him you were special and needed to be reminded that you were smart, beautiful, kind, strong, helpful... It was his magical ability.

Seth was busily setting up in the office so we could first film the drinking videos and then the makeup ones. I had no idea how this would end, but it would be hilarious no matter what.

When Edward came back in, he pulled me to him for a powerful kiss for no apparent reason other than he was in such an excellent mood. He had missed filming with his friends so much and having Sarah there had made it extra special. It was enough to make me breathless and dizzy.

“Mm, I wanted to do that before you put on lipstick,” he mumbled as he kissed my neck. I tilted my face to the side and noticed Jasper watching with his lip between his teeth. I smiled at him, my eyes sinking shut as I was lavished with attention for a brief moment. “So, what should we drink? We have an entire shelf of beer and wine to sample.” He ran his nose over my ear, his breath flowing over my skin.

“You’re the one who wanted to,” I giggled as I became ticklish. “I planned today. You decide.”

“Mm, true.” He looked over at Jasper while still very close to me. “Would you like to pick it out?” He asked as he brushed his shoulder with his fingertips.

“Sure. How many?”

“Two or three videos worth?” He questioned me, seeing how much trouble I would let him get into. I held up two fingers, then touched one of them to his nose. “Aw, okay. Yeah, so eight in total?”

“Are you doing a theme?” Sarah inquired, coming to look at the shelf too. It was crammed full.

“Let’s see. We still have unopened liquor from Australia,” he pointed out. Jasper took it down right away. Of course, he went for the hard stuff first. “Also, this entire left side is the beer of the month from Bella. My wonderful Christmas gift. Whatever you want, lovely. If you see something you like, we can try it.”

She looked up at him, her expression mischievous. “Is this how you make all of your content? Just winging it?”

He shrugged. “Pretty much. It works.”

Jasper and I both scoffed at the same time. “He plans his ass off. Don’t let him fool you. He’s just good at hiding it. I don’t know how he gets so much done,” he explained to her, pulling down another unopened bottle of liquor I hadn’t tried before. He lifted it to his eyes to read the tiny print on the label. “He can go with the flow, but it’s not how he works.”

“I’m good at getting things done on my phone,” Edward replied bashfully. “I can speed through shit when I’m alone, too. And generally, stuff goes better if you have a plan.”

“Alright, all set up,” Seth informed us as he came down the hall as he dusted off his hands like he had done a load of hard work. “Ready whenever you are, boss.”

“You got a drink preference?” Sarah questioned him, lifting on her toes to look on the highest shelf. She hopped onto the counter when she couldn’t reach anything. It didn’t put her much higher, to be honest. She matched Jasper’s height.

“Actually, I shouldn’t drink. I have a date tonight.” He waved her off, looking away like he was almost embarrassed by the fact. I was a little surprised he hadn’t brought it up during the day. He was always complaining about being single. We had joked about hooking him up with Alice, but honestly, Sarah was more her type. Maybe Lauren’s cruel comeback had gotten to him.

“Oh!” Edward said in surprise. “Did you need to leave?” He peeked at his watch.  “We’re doing extra stuff now that we didn’t plan. We didn’t even ask. I’m sorry.”

He looked down at his phone, thinking about his answer. He didn’t really want to say no to his boss, but it had already been a long day. “I wouldn’t mind it. I’d like to get a shower, maybe pick up some flowers before.”

“We’ve got this,” he promised.

Seth put his hand on his waist, uncertain. “Are you sure?”

Jasper chuckled, pulling something else down. “I’ll be their cameraman. No worries, mate. Go have your own fun. We’ll be fine here. This is just playing around.”

“Good luck!” I insisted. “I think we can handle getting drunk and eating more junk on our own. Eddie could film that in his sleep.”

“Thanks!” He replied quickly, rushing to get his stuff together. Grabbing his messenger bag from the couch, he hurriedly got his keys out. “It’s a first date, but we’ve been chatting for a few minutes. I’m a little nervous because she’s smoking hot.” He came to Sarah in the kitchen and offered his hand to her formally. “It was wonderful to meet you today, and I had a lot of fun. You’re one of the coolest celebs we’ve met so far.”

She brought him into a big hug after jumping down from the counter. “Aw, thank you! I had an amazing time too! Thanks for being so welcoming. I can’t wait to film with you again. Have a great time on your date!”

“Thank you!” He chuckled, looking down sheepishly at his feet for a minute. “Okay… Um, I guess I’ll see everyone later this week.”

“See you at the party!” I called to him. He waved as he left. “We should get the makeup together before we drink,” I stated once the door closed behind him. “We don’t want to sort that out trashed. It’ll take forever.”

“Eddie, can I do yours?” She beamed at him innocently. “After I do Bella’s. Please?”

Looking up towards the ceiling, he sighed dramatically. “Yeah,” he kind of laughed. “I guess. Hey! You should do Jasper’s,” he countered, pointing at him. Our boyfriend snorted, shaking his head as he took down two more bottles of beer.

“Just going to paint us all up?” He asked. She quickly nodded. “I don’t think the stash will look very good. Besides, I’ve already got a bet with Bella that involves it.”

“What? Really?” Sarah questioned. “What about?”

“How many subscribers she’ll get. She lacks confidence in herself, so I’m going to teach her a lesson.” Our boyfriend raised an eyebrow at him at his wording, but he ignored it. “I say she’ll have more than the boys by the end of the week. She says she’ll do my face if she’s right. But she won’t be. I’ll have to think up something extra wicked.”

“What kind of video are you going to have her do?” She inquired. “Got anything fun in mind?”

“Yeah, Jasper. What kind?” I asked, too cheerfully.

He laughed as he turned red. Without looking, he passed two bottles to our boyfriend. “Eh, I have a few ideas. We’ll see how the wind blows me when the time comes. I might have her dance. I’d like to see you do some actual ballet.”

He meant I would dance without clothes. Sarah would have liked to watch that too, I think.

“You just have to ask, and I will,” I informed them. “I don’t mind dancing. The waltzing video was so much fun.”

Jasper hotly gazed at me. “You’d really be willing to let me film that?” I shrugged in answer. “I know Tony will like it, too.”

“That’s because Tony is kinda obsessed with me,” I teased, poking his side before I took a couple of the bottles too.

“Duh,” Edward mocked right back. Sarah giggled at our joking. “What’s not to obsess about?”

When we finally got set up in the office, he was between her and me. Jasper was sitting on a stool behind the camera. We would do the beers first. “So, how does it feel to be between two of the most beautiful women in America right now?” Our boyfriend asked him before we got started.

“Mm…” He put both of his arms around us over-confidently. They were stretched over our shoulders. Both of us laid our head on him. “It kind of feels like why I wanted to go into movies.” I laughed too loudly at his answer. He chuckled too, leaning over to kiss my temple. “I actually feel like the luckiest bastard, and we’re going to get paid to do this. I want to do this every day. All of my best friends were here, and it was great. Now I get some beer, and then I’m going to let her paint me like the clown I am.”

“I’ll make you pretty,” she declared, patting his leg. “You won’t be a clown. I promise.”

“Thanks,” he snickered, but he didn’t believe her. “Would you like to get us started?”

“Yes!” She instantly cheered.

“Alright, three, two, one,” Jasper pointed at her once the red light was on. He was the most professional of us all. It was good we had him to reign us in. We would probably get through things a lot faster with him in control of the camera.

“HEY EVERYONE!” Our friend shouted right by Eddie’s ear. He actually jumped in surprise. I had to cover my mouth to keep from laughing. “I’m Emma Sarah, that’s Eddie and Bella, and we’re going to rate random beers!”

Smirking, Jasper attempted to hide his amusement too. It was going to be a fun couple of videos. We already knew how bad she was with alcohol.

Everybody tried everything, even if we weren’t in the video. I let Jasper be in the hard liquor one. She looked so tiny between them. She had them laughing so much. She was hammier than either of them. They also drank way too much. They let her control the bottle, which we all knew from the after-party was a terrible idea.

When they reset, I went to wash my face so Sarah could do my makeup on clean skin. Jasper followed behind to watch while our friend and Edward talked about the next movie she was working on in New York. She was really excited about it because she would get to play the bad guy, which was different for her. But she was playing a mean girl, not a serial killer. Also, the director was a big deal. They were someone he was genuinely interested in working with. We let them have their business talk.

“Ugh, I’m craving a smoke,” Jasper mumbled as he snuck behind me for a quick kiss on my neck. I leaned my head back against him, and his lips brushed against mine.

“Well, go to the drawer and get you one. I don’t think anyone would mind you taking a smoke break. We’re not in a rush.”

He grunted softly in agreement and walked over to it, quickly fetching a joint, the lighter, and the ashtray that our boyfriend kept by the bed. He lit it and took a long drag, offering it to me. I still had bubbles all over my face, but I wouldn’t turn it down here. I drew in a quick hit and gave it back, only pinching it with my fingertips so as not to get it wet.

“Bring that with you when you come back!” Edward shouted from down the hall. I smirked to myself. I was surprised he could smell it from that far.

“Of course, darling!” Jasper yelled before turning his attention to me. “You know, I’ve been smoking since I was a teenager, and his prude ass turned his nose up at it every time I offered. He comes to California, and he becomes a free-loving hippy.”

I shook my head. That wasn’t the case at all. “He feared his mother, and it’s legal here,” I said after I splashed water on my skin, patting it dry. “I’m guessing, among other things, it was something he was interested in doing but was too scared. He hasn’t needed it much for his sleeplessness lately,” I mused.

“Hm…” he hummed in answer, blowing out a long trail of smoke. I took it from him, holding his gaze. His eyes went to my lips, his curving into a slight smile. “You know, I’ve really enjoyed watching you work today. I’ve known veteran newscasters who weren’t as professional as you. I’m excited to get to work on the editing tomorrow. Tony’s right. You are a natural.”

Biting my lip, I shook my head in disbelief. “Am I actually doing okay? Honestly? You’re always so upfront with him, but…” I trailed off.

He took my face in one hand and leaned in, but then remembered himself. We weren’t alone. They could come in at any minute. The doors were all open, and we could hear each other if we were loud enough. He sighed and kissed my nose. “Bella, I’m literally betting on you. Yes, you are. Stop doubting yourself so much and just relax. You’re doing everything beautifully. I can’t wait to make that video with you,” he said in a low whisper. “Yeah, I think I’ll have you dance for me.”

“How dirty is it going to be?”

His answering smirk was so sexy. He winked at me before taking another drag, heading into the office again.

Episode One-hundred-thirty-five: Mukbang

Poor Tyler probably didn’t talk for the first two hours. His cheeks were slightly pink, and he kept hiding his face behind the camera while pretending to check settings. Seth had been a little shy at the start, but once he realized how playful and relaxed Sarah was, he loosened up as well and joked with her. Our video with him was a lot of fun. He said he enjoyed being the tallest one for once.

Ms. Jones finally noticed after the fried rice video. I knew she would eventually. She was far too observant. He wasn’t doing a very good job at hiding it, though. It was cute and funny to see him this way. He was usually the coolest head of the group, all the other boys ready to act like a fool for anyone’s entertainment. His wife kept whispering to him with an enormous smile on her face, and he would give her nasty looks.

“Does he not like me?” She asked in a whisper as we moved around the kitchen to clean up and reset for the next shoot. Sarah didn’t mind washing or doing anything I requested. She demanded to do the same things the men were helping with. “He’s kind of stand-offish. Did I do something?”

Lauren was making herself a bowl with another egg roll. She snickered to herself, looking over at her while shaking her head. “No, the opposite actually,” she spoke so her husband couldn’t hear her.

Her mouth opened in understanding, and she nodded. “Oh, okay. Gotcha.” Biting her lip for a second, she glanced at him then back at his pregnant wife. They shared a wicked look. Sarah casually strolled to him, leaning over to peek at the camera settings he was messing with. He straightened up in surprise as she got closer, his eyes getting massive. “So, how’s it going? Is it looking good?”

“Uh…” He drew out, staring at her like a gulping fish. He cleared his throat. “Oh, yeah. Great. Looks perfect.”

She touched his elbow lightly for a second. “That’s fantastic! This is a lot of fun. Is this what you do all the time? Play and eat? If so, I’m so jealous.” Sarah bit her lip, tilting her head to the side slightly as she put her arms behind her back. Her eyelashes fluttered. She was almost mean in her sweetness.

Lauren stood beside me, watching them interact. She was using the egg roll to scoop up the rice. “I like her,” she muttered under her breath, smirking because we both knew what she was doing. It was funny to see her husband so flustered over small talk from a little girl who had to bend her head back to look at him. Tyler was close to a decade older, too.

“Oh, um… no. It’s not like this all the time. I mean, sometimes. We… We go out to places. Like um, the bat place or go give blood, or whatever. Plus, I do my own stuff, too. Movie reviews. As does Seth. Not films. He does supernatural and crime shit,” he rambled like a madman.

Instantly perking up, she rocked on her heels. She was wearing cute Nintendo themed Chucks that were probably custom. She had dressed casually, almost like her character in the film. “I’ve heard! I can’t wait to watch it all! I know Eddie is so excited about the network launch next week. Are you going to do anything?” She peeked at him from over her shoulder, her hands still behind her back. She was turning the charm up to extra.

“I thought we could live-stream for a couple of hours and answer questions from the chat,” Edward mused as he wrote something down. “We’ve never done it before. I don’t know how exciting it’ll be.” Shrugging, he didn’t look up.

“I’m surprised you’re not doing something with food,” Sarah replied.

“What could we do?” He questioned, then paused to think about it. He shrugged again as he considered it. “I suppose we could have Bella cook something live while we chat or maybe eat and rank, but I don’t know how well that would go. It might be hard to do that and answer questions, too. Also, don’t want to sign her up for extra effort she didn’t ask for. Especially so soon.”

“You could do a mukbang,” she countered as she rocked on her heels again.

“Ooooooo…” Edward drew out excitedly. He was standing in the living room, looking over the schedule on the clipboard. Leaning against the couch, he bopped it against his chin in thought. His head waffled from one side to the other.

Jasper was working on dishes for us. Turning from the sink, he flicked the water from his hands. “What the fuck is that? It sounds extremely dirty. I’m down.”

Seth got fired up, too. “It can get a little messy. It’s a South Korean fad where people eat a ton of fun food for their viewers.”

That was one hundred percent, for sure, not the kind of dirty he was talking about. I pushed my lips together to keep from saying anything. His innocence was too cute. Our friend was adorable.

“Trays and trays of it,” Sarah added in. “All kinds of stuff from soup to sushi, barbecue. I watched one that was McDonald’s. I want to do a fast food one.”

Bringing his thumb to his mouth, he looked out towards the pool. “That could be fun.” I could already see him making a list of food he wanted to do it with in his head.

“You just want an excuse to eat a lot,” our boyfriend quipped. I nodded in agreement as he came to stand behind me. Putting his hand on my waist, his arm purposefully snaked against my ribs to reach for one of the egg rolls. I loved having the hidden contact. “I hope you still find him sexy when he’s chubby,” he spoke in my ear meanly before taking a bite.

“Mm, dad bod,” I teased, glancing at him. He was so close I could smell his cologne. “I’m here for it, definitely if he grows the beard again. Yum.”

His cheeks flushed slightly, liking that idea himself. Jasper had told me before he first found him attractive when he was at his chubbiest as a teenager. Edward had lost a lot of weight and grew several inches. I kind of doubted he would plump up again anytime soon, especially with how active he was daily. “I’d buy that calendar,” he breathed. “Daddy bods with beards.”

“Me too,” Lauren interjected, smirking at him. He chuckled and playfully poked her rib, making her giggle.

“Stop, you’re making me feel awkward,” Edward complained with a pout, rubbing the back of his neck. “Because I really want to do the mukbang idea now, but also don’t want to look like a fat ass.”

I laughed. “It’s a bit gluttonous, honey.”

“Yeah, but people like that,” he argued quickly. “They like that we get to try things they’ve always wanted in insane amounts.”

“Yes, but there are individuals in the world who have very little to eat. We are in a time of the one percent, a class you are now a part of,” I replied, thinking about the conversation with our accountant the other day. It felt like months ago, not just a mere week. I hadn’t looked at my email because I wasn’t ready to be annoyed at Edward yet and was delaying it. “Maybe not very woke, you know?”

Grunting, he bowed his head. “Ah, yeah. Got a point there.” He bounced the board off his chin again for a second before making a big sweeping gesture with it. “Well, we could make it a charity live-streaming event. We could do the mukbang, answer questions, people could donate to… The LA food bank? Yeah?” He nodded his head at the idea. “We’ll keep it food-themed. I’ll match it with a certain minimum. Twenty-five thousand. That would be a good start, right?”

I walked over to him, took him by his now dirty t-shirt from working in the kitchen, and tugged him down for a kiss. He smiled against my lips, putting his hand on the back of my head to pull me up to his eager mouth. “What do you want to eat? Do you want me to cook, or do you want to order?”

“We’ll order. We’ll save your cooking for another day when we have more time to plan. People will want those recipes and videos right away,” he said against my lips, pecking them twice. “Mm, you taste like ginger.”

“If I say I’ll match it too, can I get a kiss?” Sarah asked impishly. Laughing, I walked to her, took her face, and gave her a smacking kiss on the forehead. She giggled. “Aw! I wish I could come!”

“You’re totally invited,” Edward offered right away with an outstretched hand.

She pouted. “But I work next week. I fly out to New York for a while. I will donate, though! That’s awesome!”

“Thanks for the idea!” He told her brightly. She saluted him with a happy smirk.

“Dove, I’ve got you just about all set up,” Jasper called from the kitchen. He was drying his hands off on a towel, his sleeves pushed up his thick arms.

“Oh, thank you! I’m sorry, I got distracted,” I mumbled, going to wash up. I didn’t mean to let him do all the work like that.

Sarah turned her attention back to Tyler. “Are you going to be in the video with us?”

He quickly shook his head, his eyes getting wider. “Uh, no. No… I’m good. Lauren- Lauren should be in it!” He pointed at her. “She’d be great.”

“Oh, yes!” She concurred. His wife was obviously not in agreement. Her face was pushed together, shaking her head wildly.

“We’re making the orange chicken next, actually,” I chuckled at her reaction. “That’s not kosher. You can’t have the vegan cook meat. That’s cruel. Especially since I know that she’d eat it if she could.” She pouted and nodded, pointing at me.

“We could do it with Tyler, and then we’ll do the tofu with Lauren! That’s perfect!” She declared. I hadn’t actually planned to make a video of that, but it wouldn’t take long, and I was going to cook it, anyway. Edward wouldn’t mind having the extra content, that was for sure.

“Ugh, no. I look terrible,” she complained right away, shaking her head again. Like four people at once argued with her. “I’m not wearing any makeup!”

“Oh,” I said, then shrugged my shoulders. “You can borrow some of mine. That’s not a problem.”

“We’re not even close to the same shade,” she snorted. She brought her pale arm next to my tanned one. I had gotten much darker since we were swimming so much. I would need a new foundation myself.

Giggling, I rolled my eyes. “Yeah, okay, true. But I have this fancy nude cream that tone-matches. It’s amazing. Here.” I held my hand out to her. “I’ll get you set up, and you can do your face while we make the chicken.”

“Oo, I want to go see your stuff too!” Sarah hurriedly followed behind us. I reached behind me in an offer to join.

She took my other hand. “Oh, my god, you have to see my collection. It’s crazy. The first gift Eddie ever got me was the whole Ulta. I have the entire rainbow, and his sisters bought me a bunch of Australian brands. I need to do a makeup video with those.”

“I want to do a makeup video!” Sarah clapped her hands together. “Can we? After we do the food?”

“I thought we could do some drinking ones,” Edward called to us as we walked down the hall. “If you’re interested.” He was still in the living room with the boys.

“YAS! Let’s get drunk and do makeup!” She grabbed my shoulders and shook me once from behind. “That sounds like so much fun!”

“I AGREE!” He shouted in return, making me snicker. This was going to turn into a mess.

I decided to be mean. “You can do Eddie’s,” I whispered.

“Yesssssssssss,” she laughed. “Would he let me?” Lauren and I both nodded. She giggled evilly, her eyes comically narrowed, then she rubbed her hands together.

Lauren pouted as she sat down in my makeup chair. “Aw, I wanna get drunk.”

I snorted at her bluntness. Sarah pursed her lips. “Oh, I’m sorry! We’ll have to do it again when you have the baby!”

“We’ll make the boys babysit,” I encouraged. “Soon.”

“When I get back to town, do you want to go to lunch? The three of us?” My new friend asked as she looked at her in the mirror. “You’ll probably still be pregnant, but I want to see your baby belly. It’s so cute.”

“Really?” Lauren questioned in surprise. “I’d love that. I could really use more friends who aren’t afraid of this whole kid thing.”

“Sounds great,” I agreed as I started pulling out the supplies she would need. “So… use whatever you want. I’ve got everything you could ever need. Literally.”

She touched her wild locks. “What about my hair?”

I opened another drawer. We both had curly hair, so we used a lot of the same products. It also had my straightener. “Here you go, hun. Let me know if you need anything.”

“I am having so much fun!” Sarah sighed as we headed back into the kitchen. She skipped over to Tyler, grabbing his arm. “Come on! You can stand next to me!”

Episode One-hundred-thirty-four: Jack-in-the-box

So, Lauren sat wedged in the couch’s corner with a bowl of mixed fruit on her belly and a mug of tea while the boys set up the camera equipment in certain spots to have it ready. Tyler kept shaking his head at her. He should have known she would get her way, especially with Edward around. If how he treated her was any sign, I would be spoiled even more when we had kids.

Only about fifteen minutes later, there was a knock on the front door. The boys had just gotten done with the cameras and were fiddling with settings. I looked up in surprise, glancing at the clock. If it was Sarah, she was an hour early.

I had finished my prep work and was sitting with Lauren. Quickly, I pushed myself off of the sofa. “I’ll get it.”

Opening it a crack, I peeked out before opening it wide. She was there on the other side, shockingly alone again. I expected her to have an assistant or something. The club was one thing, but this was work.

“Hey! Sorry! Am I too early? I was worried about getting lost and traffic, so I left too soon,” she babbled in a rush as her cheeks flushed. It was adorable. She almost seemed nervous, though I didn’t know why. This would be easy compared to some stunts she did for the movie.

“No! Come in! Hi!” I replied, stepping aside so she could move past me. Once inside, she hurriedly brought me into a hug. I squeezed her in return. It was fun to embrace someone my size. It rarely happened. Her hair smelled of lavender, freshly washed. It brushed against my nose. “Your shampoo smells nice,” I blurted out.

“Thank you!” She gushed, clutching me again tightly before releasing me. She inhaled deeply, lifting her nose. “Oh! It smells good in here already,” she sighed before taking my arm as we walked out of the foyer and into the living room. “Oh, wow! This place is gorgeous,” she paused, her eyes getting wide. She looked around, soaking it all in. “Damn, I’ve never seen a couch that huge.”

Edward chuckled at her words from the kitchen where he stood beside a tripod. He was still barefoot. He seemed so relaxed and in his element. “It was one of my big splurges when I got this place. It was custom made for me. I love it.”

“And it’s so comfortable,” Lauren told her with a smile as she wiggled in her corner. She could barely cross her ankles at this point.

Sarah hadn’t realized she was there and instantly got excited. “Oh, my god! You’re so pregnant!” She cheerfully exclaimed, rushing over to the sofa to get a better look at her. “Aw! You’re so cute!” She said as she brought both of her fists up to her face for a brief second. The woman went into full giddy overload.

Flushing, she looked down at her belly as she held it with one hand. “Um, thank you.”

Eddie grinned, the actor in him coming out. “Emma Sarah Jones, this is our good friend, Lauren and her husband, Tyler. And that is Seth,” he introduced everyone, pointing at them as he did. It was a little loud and too big. “Welcome!”

“You can call me Sarah when we’re not filming, though,” she explained, still peering at Lauren. She sat slowly on the edge. “How far along are you?” Her smile was as large as her eyes, leaning in as she bit her bottom lip.

“About seven months,” she frowned as she rubbed the curve.

“Girl or a boy?”

She waffled her head from one side to the other. “It’s Schrödinger’s baby for right now. I find out on Friday. We’re having a gender reveal. He already knows, though.” She pointed at her husband. “He’s planning everything.”

Sarah looked over at him. “That is so fun! I can’t wait to do all of this stuff one day.” She gazed longingly at her stomach. “I want to touch you but not be creepy or rude because I realize I’m a complete stranger. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.”

“No, it’s cool!” She lifted her shirt to her breasts and tucked it under. Her skin looked just as strained as it could be. It was pink and lined with purple and blue veins. “So, I think the baby is stretched out because there is something going on right here and over here,” she explained. It appeared as if it was lying across her stomach. One end was probably their feet, and the other was their outstretched arms. Lauren was so little, the poor creature had nowhere else to go.

She put her hands on both spots and became still. Very quickly, her eyes grew, and her mouth opened in a wide O. “Oh, there they are! Hi there, cutie!” She cooed at her belly. “That is so neat. So, do you have names picked out for both to be prepared?”

Lauren instantly nodded. “Imogen for a girl and Tristan for a boy,” she replied with an enormous smile.

“Oh, I like those,” I said, leaning over the edge of the couch. “They’re old-school English romance-ish. Imogen or Tristan Crowley. They sound as if they’d star in their own young adult novel.”

My new friend glanced up at me. “Have you thought about what names you’d want to use one day? I have so many I like. Declan, Nevada, Sage,” Sarah named off quickly. She counted them off on her fingers.

I laughed a little at her over-eagerness. She reminded me of Edward. Way too young to start a family, but excited about it nonetheless. At least she had the money to take care of them if she began having them on her own. Being a lesbian, there would be no surprises. “I used to have names picked out when I was married, but I don’t know now. I haven’t thought about it,” I finally responded. “They definitely would be different. Cullen is easier to work with than Zucker.”

“Oh? What were they?” Lauren questioned, peering over her shoulder at me.

I felt my face heat as I spoke about something so private. “Oliver and Jane,” I answered. Biting my lip, I shrugged awkwardly then quickly shook my head. “I wasn’t committed to either, though. I wouldn’t doubt Edward has a few names in mind,” I continued, peeking over at him. He winked with a slight smirk. “Hey Seth, do you want kids?”

“No,” he laughed before shrugging. “I’ll just borrow yours.”

Lauren frowned as she pulled her shirt down. “I don’t know if I trust you.”

He waved her off, looking at her as if she was silly. “I mean in like five years when I want to go see an animated movie and not be embarrassed,” he explained before grinning widely at her. “Don’t worry. Not when it’s tiny and breakable. And shits itself.”

The girls all giggled. Sarah got up off the sofa and stretched her arms over her head. “So, I’m starving! What do I need to do?” She asked, rubbing her hands together. “Put me to work, Mama. I’m ready to cook with you.”

“You only have to look cute in the videos and do what I tell you,” I began with a grin.

“That’s what she said,” Jasper whispered from his spot in the kitchen just loud enough for us to hear, making her snicker.

I laughed, too, sticking my tongue out at him before turning my attention back to her. “We’re ready to cook, actually. It’ll take a few hours before everything is done, but we’ll be snacking all day.”

“She’s been kind of secretive about what we’re making. I do have some ideas…” Edward trailed off. “I’ve not seen her schedule yet, but I know she has one.”

“Because I wanted to surprise you. But I think you’ll both like it, though,” I promised hastily. “We’re making Chinese takeout. Egg rolls are first. Made with vegan wrappers for you,” I told Lauren. “Steamed rice and then fried rice. That’ll be too until I top it with a fried egg. Orange chicken for us and I’ll make some orange tofu, and finally, fried sesame potatoes which are normally vegan,” I explained as I listed everything off on my fingers as she had done earlier. “It should take just around three hours altogether.”

She raised her eyebrows, looking at me. “That’s it? I’ve got all day free!” Sarah remarked in surprise.

“Oh, we can find more videos for you to make, baby. We can put you to work,” Edward declared before winking at her merrily. He was in a good mood.

“That’s also what she said,” I whispered to her as I widened my eyes playfully, making her snort.

“Yes! I’m so excited! Let’s do this!” She clapped happily.

I brought my palms up to stop them. “The boys need to put their shoes on first. I’m deep-frying things, and I really don’t want to go to the ER today because I dropped a hot egg roll on someone’s foot,” I informed them. Both of them looked down at their feet comically and went without a word to go get them. “Go wash your hands, and we’ll get started.”

She smirked at me, bumping her hip into mine. “Yes, ma’am. Ugh, I love a bossy woman,” she mischievously flirted before going into the kitchen to do what I said.

I walked after her but stopped when I heard a whimper.

“I can’t get off the couch,” Lauren whined as she tried to get out of her comfortable corner. She attempted to scoot forward, but it was nearly impossible. I rushed to help her, as did her husband. We both took one of her hands, carefully pulling her. “Why am I so fat?”

“Well, you threw a tantrum earlier because he wouldn’t let you have fake bacon,” Seth muttered under his breath. “That may have something to do with it.”

“You’re not, honey,” Tyler said loudly, trying to drown him out. “You’re beautiful and growing new life. You’re glowing.”

“Fuck you in the face,” she grunted as she finally got off the sofa. She stomped over to Seth, and he backed up a little. “Yeah, that’s right. You should fear me. I will end you.”

He brought his palms up in surrender, visibly swallowing. “I’m sorry. I was joking. You’re not at all fat.”

“Jesus, we leave for a second, and someone’s trying to start a fight with a pregnant lady,” Edward commented, shaking his head. “Lauren, I think you’re gorgeous right now. Don’t listen to that twat. You’re a sexy ass woman.”

She put her hand on her heart, her eyes glossy as she gazed at him. “Aw, thank you, Eddie!” It didn’t matter that her husband had practically said the same thing. She then turned her attention back to Seth. “This is why you’re single,” she hissed at him meanly.

His mouth dropped open, shocked by her words. They cut rather deep. “Damn, I apologized!”

She stuck her tongue out at him as she waddled over to the table to watch. Edward brought her tea over to her and rubbed her shoulder before smacking a kiss on the top of her curly hair. She smiled up at him, her chubby pink cheeks puffed out a little.

He then snatched up the schedule from the tabletop to read finally. “Alright. Are we ready to start setting up, love?”

It only took about ten minutes to get us in front of the camera. It would be Edward, Sarah, and I to begin with.

“So, am I going to be in the frame, or am I being introduced then walk into the shot?” Sarah questioned, leaning against the island. I looked over at my boyfriend to see what he wanted to do.

He pursed his lips. “Well, usually, we’re just in it, but we’ve never done a guest before. You are kind of special, too.”

“Kind of?” I countered. She put her arm around my shoulders. “I think she’s extraordinary.”

He chuckled. “Yeah. I guess we’ll have you pop on.”

“Literally?” She laughed.

His mouth opened and then shut. He pursed his lips again, but this time it was exaggerated and purposefully funny. “I meant figuratively, but if you want to pop out of somewhere like a jack-in-the-box, go for it.”

“Yas! Okay.” She hurried around the counter and kneeled down between us. She grinned up at him. “This good?”

Edward bent some to look at her from his height. This entire conversation, Jasper was standing behind the camera while shaking his head.

“What?” I asked with a laugh.

“How do you like the view of all that ass back there?” He shouted at her.

“Oh, my god, it’s so good,” she replied, then sharply poked Eddie in the butt cheek. It was hard and quick enough that he wasn’t expecting it, making him jump. Instead of saying anything, he pushed the top of her head down. It made her snort and fall onto her bottom.

“If you don’t want this to take all day, I suggest someone do the intro,” our boyfriend called from behind the clipboard he was holding over his mouth. He was trying to hide his amused smile. “Bella, my dove, if you will.” I nodded, squaring my shoulders. “Thank you. Three, two, one.”

She tried to poke mine, but I grabbed her arm. Snorting again, she just held my hand instead. “Hi! I’m Bella, and this is Eddie, and today we’re spending the entire day in the kitchen with our new friend and very special guest, Emma Sarah Jones!”

She literally jumped up while holding my fist, using it to launch herself upwards. “Hey!” She said way too gleefully, her grin wild.

Edward, who had been trying his best to keep a straight face, lost it and laughed. He leaned against the counter for a second with his hands over his eyes. “Shit, I’m sorry.” He cleared his throat, then looked at her. “Shall we do that again without the sexual harassment?”

“Aw! I thought this was going to be fun!” She joked as she plopped back down onto the floor. “I was going to bite somebody’s booty this time, but I guess I won’t.”

“Later,” he humorously whispered before giving our boyfriend a shit-eating grin. “Count us down again?”

Episode One-Thirty-three: Intense Snuggles

I was too anxious to sleep that night despite being held by Edward. He was in the middle, and Jasper was twisted around him. With one arm around me and another around him, his fingers absently curled against my back in his slumber. He was smiling so widely that it stretched his entire face. Even his toes wiggled in pleasure under the covers. It had only taken him moments to knock out, the day full and relaxing.

He had also eaten half his body weight in homemade chicken wings so that probably helped.

Edward was so ready to get back into his other work. It was what he enjoyed the most. He wasn’t expecting to be able to do it with his best friend, though. It made it so special. I was happy I could give that to him.

Getting up at four, I first did some yoga before showering in the guest bathroom so as not to bother them. I decided to just go to the market and let them sleep as much as possible. It had been a hectic week for both of them. And I needed a few minutes of quiet, and I didn’t want to disturb their sweet peace. When I checked on them before I left, they were utterly tangled together.

First, I went to the farmer’s market before running by the grocery store on the way back. When I got home two hours later, the sun was just starting to come up. It made everything in the house glow orange. Edward was in the kitchen, drinking a mug of coffee while being drowned in light. His short red hair was pushing up in every direction, and he was just wearing his boxers. Hickies covered his chest.

“I would have taken you,” he drowsily said instead of greeting me.

“What? Did you not enjoy your intense Jasper snuggles?” I asked as I pushed the door closed behind me with my foot gently. I didn’t know if he was still asleep.

Chuckling a little, he came to take the bags from me. “I loved them, but you weren’t there when I woke up, and I didn’t like that. I was worried about you. Are you okay?” He questioned gently as he put them on the counter.

“Yeah, just excited about today,” I promised with a shake of my head. “You know how prepared I like to be. I don’t want to waste her time at all if I can help it. I realize how busy Sarah is. She’s an in-demand star.”

He put his hand on my shoulder. “Right, but she won’t be here until noon, and it’s just now,” he paused to look at the clock on the stove. “Seven. You could have slept in a little more. I don’t think it’ll take you five hours to dice up veggies.”

I shook my head again. “I just needed a few moments of silence to fidget, and I didn’t want to bother you guys. And I had nothing else to do here.” I came closer to Edward and gave him a gentle kiss on the lips. The taste of coffee and sugar lingered on them. His eyes drifted shut as he enjoyed the moment.

“What can I do to help?” He questioned as he brought his other hand to my forearm. Gently, he gave it a squeeze.

“Nothing right now. I’ll make you something for breakfast-” Edward gripped my arm to keep me from fluttering off. “What?”

“No. Slow down for a second. Let me kiss you again.” He put his hands on my face, making me look into his eyes. “You don’t have to make me anything,” he stated before pulling me into another deep and tender kiss. His fingers pushed into my hair, holding my mouth to his. “Why don’t you start prepping what you need for the day? And I’ll make everyone some breakfast,” he offered.

Nodding, I smile a bit. “That would be nice. Thank you,” I breathed, leaning against him for just a moment. He put both of his arms around me and just held me tightly.

First, he made me a mug of coffee before sticking a tray of bacon into the oven. Then he pulled out the leftovers of the fruit tray from our delivery and the muffins from the day before. “Look! I’m a master chef!” He teased as he came behind me, putting his hands on my hips. I giggled softly as I chopped some carrots. “That’ll be about fifteen minutes. I’ll go wake Sleeping Beauty up and get some clothes on. Then I’ll help you more,” he promised.

I watched as he padded barefoot back to our bedroom. His ass did a little wiggle when he was in a good mood, and it was so cute when he was just in his boxers.

The timer he set went off, but he hadn’t returned. Pulling it from the oven, I set the tray on the back of the stove for him so they wouldn’t burn. After about five minutes, I realized he might not be coming back. I decided to check on him to make sure everything was okay.

After washing my hands, I crept down the hall slowly. The door was opened just a crack, and a streak of sunlight came down the dark hallway. First, I heard the soft noises of joy. Then Edward’s bare ass came into view as he kneeled over Jasper, pleasuring him with his mouth. His fingers were knotted into his auburn hair, his body rocking in time with him just a little.

I wondered briefly if that was how he intended to wake him up or if he just saw the opportunity and went for it. Either way, they were both extremely sexy.

“Fuck,” he whimpered as his fingers slid through his thick red hair. “Suck it just like that, darling.” His hand trailed down his back, leaning up to grip his ass tightly. He fell back into the pillows, moaning louder.

Turning to go back into the kitchen, I was going to let them have their fun. I knew I didn’t have to be in the middle of everything, and they needed their private moments too. But then I heard Jasper breathe, “Where’s Bella? We need her.”

Pushing the door open quietly, I peeked inside. “I don’t think you need me, actually. You look like you’re doing fine on your own.”

Edward didn’t stop or even slow down for a second. The blond reached his hand out to me, grinning as he did. “Yes, we do. Get your fine ass over here.”

Laughing a little, I walked into the room. Our boyfriend got more comfortable with a smirk on his face, his hand stroking the back of Edward’s head. I kicked off my shoes and crawled up onto the bed on the opposite side of him. They were in the very middle of the mattress, propped up on all the pillows.

“Why the hell are you dressed?” Jasper complained, pulling me towards him for a kiss. When we connected, I could taste coffee on his lips. He hadn’t drunk any yet that morning.

“Because I was in public. Shopping,” I answered against his mouth when he allowed me to pull away from him finally. “They don’t like it when you’re naked in the produce section.”

His hand pushed up my skirt, skimming the outside of my thigh until he got to my hip. In one swift movement, he pulled my panties down to my knees. “That’s stupid. Get naked,” he mumbled, pulling me in for another deep kiss.

Suddenly, Edward sat up. “Oh, shit! The bacon!”

Giggling, I shook my head quickly as I reached for him. “Honey, no. It’s okay. I already took it out. That’s why I came back here. Don’t worry, though. It’ll still be delicious cold.”

“Thank you,” he breathed, looking at me with wide shining green eyes. His mouth was hanging open as he panted. He swiftly leaned forward and gave me a powerful kiss on the lips as we hovered over Jasper. “I’m sorry. I was going to come back and assist you. You were anxious, and I wanted to help,” he repeated. I pressed my mouth to his to stop him.

“No. Don’t worry about it,” I said, giving him another little kiss. “As you said, we’ve got hours.”

All I wanted them to do was distract me.

I needed another shower by the time we were done playing. I was definitely more relaxed than I had been before. We laid in bed, wrapped in each other’s arms for about thirty minutes. It was so nice to cuddle. I was on top of Jasper, nude. His hand was on my back, his fingers tangled with Edward’s as he pressed into his side. Their foreheads were pushed together, smiling slightly. No one said anything during that time. It was perfectly peaceful and calm.

“So… uh, I woke up horny,” Jasper finally drew out in a playful tone of voice as he stroked my hair. “I’m sorry. Did I interrupt something?”

Smiling, his nose swirled in his hair behind his ear. “Breakfast,” Edward murmured as he kissed his temple. “Now, you get cold bacon and coffee as your punishment.”

“Worth it,” he smiled, lifting his fingers up to curl against his cheek almost absently. He yawned. “What time is it?”

“Nine,” I answered, rising slowly as I rolled my neck to pop it. I had several new hickies on my breasts from both of them. Some of them had involved teamwork. “I really need to get cleaned up so I can finish what I was doing.”

Jasper pulled me closer to his body. “Don’t worry, my dove. We’ll help you. The boys won’t even be here for another couple of hours. Let’s get you in the shower,” he cooed soothingly, stroking my hair as he did so.

Cleaned, dressed, made up, and with all the food prepped, I got everything done with the help of Edward and Jasper by the time Tyler, Lauren, and Seth arrived. Her pregnant belly led by a mile as she waddled inside. Her husband walked behind her, his hand on her back.

“Why does it smell so good in here!?” Lauren complained, leaning her head back as she stopped in the middle of the foyer. She took a long sniff. “I miss real bacon,” she whimpered as she looked back at him with a pout on her chubby face. She was going to have so much weight to lose once she had the baby. Still, I would make her anything she wanted to eat. I couldn’t imagine how hard it was with allergies and stomach issues.

Putting my camera down, I had been taking pictures of the raw ingredients. I washed my hands. “I can make you some vegan-” I began, pointing towards the freezer. I had several kinds of fake meat put away for her from other meals.

“No.” Tyler held up his hand. He was so serious. “She literally just ate. She did at home, and we stopped on the way and got drinks, and she did then, too. No, don’t make her a thing.”

She turned to look at him angrily. “Hey!” She held her belly as if she was worried it would fall to the ground without the support.

“She is about to cook for us all day,” he replied earnestly and calmly as he stared her in the eye. He wasn’t scared of her. “You will make yourself sick. No.”

Lauren scrunched up her face, turning around and stomping her foot. They stared at each other for a long minute. Finally, she threw her head back. “You’re right. I’ll wait. There will be lots of food,” she grumbled before plopping down on the couch heavily. Instead of sitting back, she laid with her arms above her head.

“Don’t lay flat!” Tyler tutted as he went to put his camera equipment on the dining room table.

“Why?” Seth asked, thinking he was just pushy for no reason.

“It’ll cut off blood flow to her brain,” Edward said in a low whisper as he started the kettle to make Lauren some tea. He didn’t even ask her. He just knew she would want it.

Huffing, she rolled to her side before grabbing a pillow for her head. “I can’t wait to get this kid out, so I can sleep on my back again.”

“Just a couple more months,” I remarked hopefully. She only grunted. “I promise we’ll babysit every once in a while overnight so you can sleep.”

Tyler stopped making his coffee and wordlessly came over to me to embrace me. He uttered, “Ha, no, you won’t.”

I turned to look at him in surprise. “I’d love to!” I swore. “I love babies so much, and I had so much fun with Ava in Sydney.”

“As would I,” Edward added with a smirk. “And we’ll have Jasper to help now. He’s great with the babes too.”

“Mm, yes. Of all sizes,” he teased as he pinched my side. It made me giggle as I swatted him away. “Between the three of us, we could handle anything a newborn can throw at us.”

Lauren sat up to look at us. She was horrified. “Tyler! Do not turn down the babysitting services of people I’d trust with our children!”

The kettle whistled loudly. Edward hurried to it, pouring it into a pot of green tea. “Yeah, do you not trust us?” He asked his friend in a sarcastic voice. “I thought we were closer than that.”

“No, I do,” Tyler said quickly, shaking his head. “I’ll just believe it when I see it.” He went back to making his coffee. “You offer now…”

Pretending to be offended, I pushed him gently. “Don’t worry, sweetie,” I promised Lauren. “I will. I love babysitting. Besides, I want to take a million cute pictures of your kid then give it back.”

“I know.” His wife clicked her tongue. “He’s just in a mood because he’s nervous. Don’t listen to him. Shut the fuck up, Tyler,” she warned him ominously.

“Why are you nervous, mate?” Jasper inquired as he leaned against the island beside me. “It’s just another day at the office. Sarah is a peach. It’ll be a breeze.”

“He thinks Ms. Jones is hot, and he’s got a crush,” she continued with a mean little giggle, snuggling with the pillow.

Stopping mid-sip, Tyler turned bright red. He lowered his cup. “Could you not?”

“Well, it’s true!” She mumbled in irritation. She was definitely paying him back for denying her faux bacon. I loved the brutality. “Even if she’s way too young for you.” And then she stuck the knife in.

“Yes, I realize,” he hissed under his breath.

I giggled, pushing my lips together. Edward snorted. He reached over and patted our friend on the shoulder. “I’m definitely telling Sarah.”

“No! Do not!” He blurted out, slamming his mug down. “That’s cruel. Don’t do that.”

“You won’t have to tell her. Sarah will know,” I responded.

Huffing like his wife, he went towards the office. “I’m going to set up the equipment.” Both Lauren and I cackled. “I can hear you!”

“Should have let me put something in my mouth to keep me quiet then!” She declared instantly, ready for him.

Edward brought her a mug of tea, setting it on the end table by her head. He was amused, a small smirk on his face. “Would you like me to get you some fruit?” He asked in a breath so Tyler wouldn’t hear him.

“Yes, please,” she answered in a little voice. “Thank you, Eddie. You’re the best.”

Episode One-hundred-thirty-two: Goaded

We got up to reset for the next video. Everyone needed drinks. Especially for all the salty chips. These would be with Edward, Jasper, and I while Seth and Tyler filmed, but they would try them too. Everybody was excited. We were eating them and cookies for lunch, pretty much.

“I love that your fans know how much you love chips and send them to you,” I said as I took pictures of the bags and the sweets we would do next.

“I love when they do too,” he grinned, wiping down the table and setting up napkins and plates. “I’ll never understand why people enjoy watching me eat, but if they do… who am I to deny them?” His tone was so smarmy.

Our boyfriend’s face scrunched up a bit. He had been reading something on Edward’s clipboard with the schedule for the day. “You make it sound so dirty.”

“I bet for some of them it is,” I replied, looking at him over the camera. He smirked meanly. “Yeah, Daddy. Eat that chip,” I remarked as seductively as possible. Laughing, Jasper turned red in the cheeks. Then I glanced over at Edward. “I mean, I certainly know someone who enjoys watching people eat.” I tilted my head to the side slightly to make a point.

He stopped what he was doing to pout. “You know, you don’t have to call me out like that in front of our friends.”

Seth laughed to himself. “Oh, they’re going to gang up on you. This will be fun.”

“Yes, it is,” Jasper agreed, winking at him playfully. Then when he looked away, he definitely checked out his ass. I teasingly shoved him, making him chuckle.

“So, you’re gay?” Tyler blurted out suddenly while he adjusted a camera. He was looking straight ahead. His nose turned pink as he cleared his throat. “Obviously. We just did a video about it.”

He laughed. “It would appear so, yes. I’m not as open with it as Bella is, clearly. But I’d like to be. One day at a time. I think this is an excellent first step.”

“That’s cool,” he concluded mildly, nodding his head. He paused for a second, licking his bottom lip. “It’s good to be yourself. Um… anyway. So, if you’re single, my brother is actually gay-”

“Andy?” I asked in surprise. I didn’t mean to interrupt him. It was rude.

He brightened up. “Yeah. He’s single right now. He’s a good guy if you’re looking to date. I don’t know if you’re seeking a relationship or anything since you’re getting settled.”

I kneeled down with my camera to get the cookies from a different angle. “Oh baby, you know you’re hot when they keep trying to set you up.”

Jasper wrote something down on the clipboard. “I was thinking the same thing. Damn,” he chuckled. “Is he cute?” He questioned Tyler as he looked over his shoulder at him with a naughty smirk. He glanced next at Edward. His cheeks were sucked in, his nose wrinkled slightly. He was trying so hard to control his expression.

Our friend obviously didn’t know how to answer that question. He kind of gaped for a moment as his hands moved in front of him. “Uhhhh… I don’t know. We look just alike, so I guess he’s not bad looking. I’m not ugly, right? He’s a couple of years younger than me, too,” he explained. “So, he’s got that going for him too.” I pushed my lips together at Edward’s slightly sour expression. He didn’t like that Tyler was trying to hook up his nice brother with his boyfriend right in front of him. It looked like he bit into a lemon.

“Oh, well… you’re pretty cute. We’ll see. Not right now. As you said, I am getting settled. I figure I’ll wait awhile before I think about dating again,” he announced in a voice that was way too big. Our man rolled his eyes, leaving the room to get something from the kitchen. He had about enough, and he was having issues not talking smack. It was difficult for him to hold his tongue.

“Don’t make your boyfriend mad,” I jokingly mumbled under my breath, looking at him from the corner of my eyes. “You’ll get yourself in trouble by flirting.”

Tyler heard and took me seriously. “Oh, you’re already seeing someone? I’m sorry, I-”

“No,” Jasper laughed genuinely at his anxious reaction. He touched his arm, smiling with his whole face. It was so warm. “I don’t mind. It makes me feel nice. Sarah tried as well.”

Sitting down on the stool behind the camera, he let out a long breath. “I’m nervous about tomorrow,” he confessed all of a sudden. “We’ll have a real celebrity. Like, one-on-one. Here. We’ve done it with some out, but not in such a personal setting.”

It was apparent by his expression Edward heard what he said when he came back into the room. “What the fuck am I then?”

Our friend rolled his eyes dismissively. “You don’t count. I knew you when you were normal.”

Returning my camera to my bag, I went to sit at the table. “Stop insulting your boss.”

“I’m not!” He threw his hands up. “He knows what I mean.”

Jasper sat beside me. I would be in the middle. “I don’t. He’s never been normal.”

When he walked by, Edward pushed his head forward hard. It just made our boyfriend snicker a bit. They were both in a feisty mood. They were two seconds from wrestling like children.

I rested my cheek on my palm, staring at Tyler and Seth with a smirk. “I’m glad Sarah and Lauren are coming over tomorrow. I’ve never been around boys all the time like this before, and I need some estrogen.”

“Are you sick of them already?” Seth joked, picking up the boom mic.

Pretending to think about it, I scrunched up my nose as I tapped my bottom lip. “No. I love it. They give each other a hard time because they care about each other. They’re stupidly showing their love. Now... Who’s doing the intro?” I questioned Edward. He pointed to me. “Ugh, fine. I don’t know why you hate them so much.”

“Because I’ve done it ten million times.”

“Ready?” Tyler inquired, holding up the pen in one hand and the clipboard in the other. I nodded. “Alright, kiddo. Three, two, one,” he spoke in a whisper before pointing at me. The red light blinked on.

I beamed as I straightened my back. “Hi! My name is Bella! And Eddie, Jasper, and I are going to be trying chips from Baltimore today!”

“We had an awesome fan send them in, and we are super excited about tasting them!” Edward added with a big grin. “We love rating things you guys send us! So, if you ever feel the urge, the information for our PO box is down below!” He pointed to the table. “Please? I enjoy trying new stuff.”

Tilting his head to the side, Jasper looked at me curiously. “What’s different about chips from Baltimore? Sorry. I’m new here,” he said directly to the camera, putting his hand on his heart. “I don’t know if it’s a big deal or not.”

“It’s crab. Everything is crab flavored,” I explained a little too plainly. “Just everything.”

Pausing for a second, he seemed confused. He blinked several times. “They sent us a bunch of cookies, too. Should I be worried? Is this not going to be the good day I thought it would be?”

He was trying to make me break. “No,” I promised, laughing at his teasing. I couldn’t help it. “No, it’s the seasoning they’re famous for. They use it when cooking crab legs and shrimp. It’s Old Bay. It’s just a bunch of variations of that.”

“Ohhhh…” He drew out and then shrugged. “Okay. Still don’t know what that is, but at least it makes more sense now. Let’s eat!”

Jasper ended up liking the chips. I don’t think he expected to. The boys passed the bags around, enjoying them with a beer. I had been the only one to try them before.

Then we got to the cookies. Edward was really excited about them. There were four in total. Chocolate chip, sugar cookies, double chocolate, and Berger’s cookies that were covered in a thick layer of fudge.

Making himself a hot tea, Jasper brought me and our love a cup of milk. He absently pushed my hair away from my shoulder as he sat down, leaning over to kiss my cheek lightly. “There you go, dove.” I don’t think he even realized he did it. The guys didn’t really seem to notice as they adjusted equipment.

“Thank you,” I grinned, fixing his mustache. I twisted it at the ends, so it curled up. He leaned into it, his eyes sinking closed as he enjoyed the attention. His gapped teeth ran over his bottom lip, sticking between them for a moment. I wanted to kiss him because he was so cute and I hated I couldn’t.

“She’s going to steal your best friend,” Seth teased Edward. “He obviously likes her better.”

“No!” Jasper complained too loudly. “I’ve known Tony for almost twenty years, and no one could ever replace him in my heart. That being said, she feeds me lots and spoils me. Of course, I fucking like her.” I leaned into him as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder. “My sweet dove made it possible for me to be here right now.” He kissed my temple several times playfully.

Tyler looked over at Edward. “So, you know she’s the best you’ll ever get, right? She literally convinced your best friend, your Seth, to move to another damn country. For you.” He nodded in answer, smiling at his biting words and tone. It was slightly crooked and to the side. “When are you going to put a ring on it? We all know you’re mad about her. You truly want her to have your babies. What the hell are you waiting for?”

“Hey! First, that’s rich coming from a man that didn’t marry his girl until he knocked her up… Seven years into the relationship! Second, I am very ready to put a ring on it, thank you. I’ve got it right here.” He turned around to pick up the Plexie statue.

I grabbed his hand. “Okay! Okay! Please don’t be goaded into pulling it out right now.”

“That’s what she said,” Jasper whispered under his breath. Edward reached over and swatted him, making him dissolve into laughter.

“Can we just have some cookies, please?” I begged. One of them pinched my side, but I couldn’t tell who because it was from behind. My head snapped from left to right. “I will smack both of you,” I warned seriously. “And I will do it on camera, too.”

“Kinky,” Jasper taunted, then squeezed me hard enough to make me squeak. I swatted his arm. “I could just pick you up and walk off with ya. Come at me, little girl.”

“I’ve seen her kick a guy twice your size unconscious,” Edward reminded him. “You could try, but I don’t think you’d get very far.”

“Oh shit, that’s true,” he mused. “I’m doing the intro, yes?” Jasper boomed, getting his mask ready for the camera again. The man beside us rolled his eyes and shook his head. Our boyfriend reached behind him, pinching his ribs, and earned a hard slap. “Owww,” he laughed and whined at the same time.

“Just do the fucking thing,” Eddie snapped at him mischievously. “I want a goddamn cookie too, and you’re purposefully drawing this out now.”

“Yup, sure am,” he quipped. “Alright, three, two, one,” he counted down for himself, pointing at Seth to turn on the camera. “Hey, everyone!” He practically roared, throwing his hands up to his sides. “My name is Jasper, this is the beautiful Bella, and that bastard with a right big gob is Eddie,” he continued in the thickest Australian accent I had ever heard him use. He was attempting to make everybody laugh, so we had to do it again, and would take even longer for him to get him a treat. “And we’re eating cookies from Baltimore!”

“These were sent from a fan, and we’re so excited to try them!” I beamed at the camera, trying not to fall apart just for Edward. It would be funnier too if that was the intro. His accent was stupid, and he knew it. “I’ve never had any of these,” I pretended everything he was doing was normal.

Seth passed me the sugar cookies to open. They were in a red paper bag with a little window in the front. Inside I could see them neatly in a row, all in different shapes as if they were homemade. Pale yellow, they were thin and light.

I pulled out a heart and held it up to my nose. “It’s so cute.”

Jasper took it from me and snapped it in half. I drew in a fake horrified gasp. He put one half of it into my open mouth. Laughing, I bit down as my hand quickly went up to catch it.

“Shit,” I mumbled through a mouthful of cookie. “It went down my bra,” I tried not to giggle. “Mmm, it’s good, though.” Picking up the bite that had fallen, I popped into my mouth. “Oh! This would be perfect with tea. You made an excellent choice.”

He finally lost it, putting his face in his hands as he laughed. Edward snatched the bag away from the center of the table and got himself one. He was still struggling to be serious. “You’re both a mess. I know I’m one. But so are you two.”

I threw the last crumb in his general direction. Then Jasper followed behind a comic half-second later. Our boyfriend was trying so hard not to give in to our stupidity. This is what he wanted, dumb videos, and this is what he would get.

And he obviously loved it. His eyes were practically glowing.

He popped the entire star-shaped cookie in his mouth in one go. It crunched loudly as the bits went all over his face. “Oh, yeah. It would be good with tea,” he agreed, nodding his head. It was a struggle not to give him what he wanted and laugh again.

The whole thing went like that.

My favorites were the Berger’s cookies, the ones with the fudge on the top. I loved them so much Edward promised to order me more online. They were also quickly added to the list of copy-cat recipes I wanted to try as well. For the first time, I went back to have a whole one despite how rich it was during the video.

The sugar high amongst the entire group could not be understated. We giggled our way through cooking, and the Baltimore barbecue and wing sauce ranking videos. It was a perfect first day of work with Jasper.
